As someone who's been fortunate enough to be adopted into a loving family I don't wanna see orphans get yeeted into a already inflated and over filled system. If you want to use Adoption as a crutch then give every kid the proper chance to be adopted don't just use the excuse of "oh well its life." Just to have an excess of kids who will never know what its like to be with a proper family over the inflated idea of "well there's always adoption."
US adoptions are some of the lowest out of the world in terms of IN COUNTRY adoptions. Most Americans only consider adoption if one or the other of a couple are infertile. AKA as a last resort.10 Reply

+1 yBy pro-life, do you mean pro-birthing? Not getting sucked into this argument again.
I'm pro "a woman should be in control of her own body, have options to a point, and not have her body controlled by a bunch of 70 year men or anyone else in the legislature, or right wing religious zealots who think they know best and speak for God."40 Reply
Pro-child, even if that means terminating the pregnancy. I try to see it from the child's point of view. Would it be okay to be born in that situation the mother is in, would it have a good life, would it have normal parents etc.
It's absolutely selfish to have a child when you have no means to raise it well, no career, no money, no man around, maybe you have some addictions, or live in deep poverty etc.
That is cruel, sentencing that child for a miserable life that's incredibly hard to escape.

+1 yI mean it sucks how life is just cast aside by so many people.. but I just don't see how you can force someone to carry out a pregnancy against their will. Lol maybe we need like a "you get one every 5 years" rule haha. That way people stop using abortions as birth control, but we can still accommodate women dealing with rape or medical conditions.

Pro-life.
Many choices lead up to such a “mistake” or “misfortune.”
Asking for the choice to erase a mistake like that which is directly involving another life seems unfair.
If a business person or president made a mistake and wanted to kill all his people. Would that be fair? All because of his one mistake?
Choices. I don’t support the this one
(choice to kill).
I even have the choice to kill flies and I don’t always. At one point I tried to let mosquitos bite me without hitting them because I figure they need to eat too ;-;
After 4-5 I couldn’t do it lol I ran out of there.
Choice to bring bug spray or essential oils :] ☝️

+1 yPro life is a lie. If they were really pro life, they'd allow a female capable of harboring life the ability to have sovereignty over her own body. I say female because children can have kids. Lina Medina, was pregnant at five. A child that can't survive outside the womb should never supercede a being with their own autonomy. It's a medical procedure that should be allowed everywhere by trained, ethical doctors.
10 Reply4.6K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I am pro-choice because you can kill the fetus before it develops a brain stem and you cannot argue that anything is being tortured if it doesn't have a brain stem, right?
Even still, forcing a woman to have a pregnancy for the sake of something that has never had a thought of its own is pretty foolish as well.

And Singer woman came up with it to limit a whole population and the liberal leftists Democrats are both behind abortion and slavery.
It would be humorous if it was not so horribly tragic.10 ReplyPro-abortion. You should need a license with proof of competency and financial stability to breed.

+1 yPro-life / anti-government controlling the issue. I would hope that the woman would choose to have the baby and I donate to charities that support women who do so, but I completely oppose giving government the power to invade her privacy.

+1 yWell i would say im pro choice and that is why i choose but i disagree with abortion for some things. If it is for incest, rape, mental or physical health, then im easily pro choice.

+1 yGenerally pro-life, but there are exceptions and we all know what they are.
13 Reply- +1 y
I’m guessing in cases of rape or incest where the mother did not consent to being impregnated? Or spots where birth control failed? Otherwise you feel that all teens who get pregnant should be parents, is that more or less right?
- +1 y
No not all teens should be parents. There are exceptions there too. It's not a black and white issue. It depends on the circumstances. If it's an irresponsible pregnancy cultivated by two adults who should goddamn well know better, than I'm generally opposed to the abortion. All other situations ought to be evaluated case by case. And politicians need to stay out of it.
- +1 y
If politicians should stay out of it, does that mean you agree that abortion bans are counter-productive to the pro-life cause?
1.6K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Personally, I'm neutral. However, every woman has the right to choice, or not choice, any medical procedure she wishes without limitation or hindrance from politicians and/or religious dogma.

It's not any kind of medical procedure, it's murder of a baby.

He says, while anonymous so no one can get any info about his anonymous profile
Opinion Owner+1 yAnonymous cause this is a touchy that draws out a lot of close minded attackers. If your pro-choice, good for you, it's your right to be pro-choice just like it's my choice to be pro-life.
- +1 y
No one’s saying it isn’t your right, but you also know this is a public forum where you post anonymous opinions even though doing so with your identity wouldn’t change the fact that you don’t have to engage with people who want to argue with you, not including myself. Just seems… I’m sure it’s not “ironic” but for some reason that’s the only word I can think of for this situation.

That is to stop him being lynched or blocked or reported or harassed just because of his opinions
Opinion Owner+1 y@DarkLegacy Gets it's. I'm not the only one who goes anonymous on political issues others do to as some political topics such as abortion are such a touchy subject. Politics have gotten to the point your either pro-choice or your viciously attacked as right wing woman hater, eve if most of your other political views are center left. It's sad what politics have become, instead of trying to understand a persons differing political views and why they have them, the default is to straight up and attack and vilify them as an evil monster. On highly touchy subjects it safer to go anonymous, few years back lost a follower cause they didn't agree with one of my political statements. Instead of seeing why I had the opinion, they straight up unfllowed and blocked.
