Will evangelicals be happy if this country was under christian rule but by the catholic church and not the evangelicals?

No, they have no interest in Christianity. All they want is power over others. Then they will turn the country into a theocratic hell hole like Iran or Afghanistan. They are already miserable, and their goal is to make everyone else as unhappy as they are.

Christians are Christians and couldn't and wouldn't do that. Catholics and Evangelicals don't hate and kill each other like Sunni and Shi'a Muslims.
