As someone from the Southern United States, I can say we've spent a great deal of time teaching people racism. After Abe Lincoln got shot, someone had to take over the media and keep slavery legal.

Racism is learned though experiences. Nobody is born racist they develop it naturally through interactions and maturity when your white at least. You love another cultures until your forced to live with them or you see them attacking yours.
