Not really. Even if we got rid of racism, sexism, and homophobia, we’d still be a very problematic species.
I wish that we weren’t, but people naturally tend to see what’s different about each other instead of seeing what we have in common.
Racism and bigotry ARE learned behaviors. Aversion to homosexual men is more a value judgment.
If you define "homophobia", it is "fear of humans".As someone from the Southern United States, I can say we've spent a great deal of time teaching people racism. After Abe Lincoln got shot, someone had to take over the media and keep slavery legal.
Racism is learned though experiences. Nobody is born racist they develop it naturally through interactions and maturity when your white at least. You love another cultures until your forced to live with them or you see them attacking yours.
