Which country is it where men take women’s surnames?

Germany. In Germany, since 1977, a woman may adopt her husband's surname or a man may adopt his wife's surname. One of them may use a name combined from both surnames.
Not sure, but I would be okay if she wanted to hyphenate. I would do them same and take her name.

A good portion of countries allow it. It's not the more common trend comparatively.
Japan has it roughly one out of twenty five marriages, depending on family circumstances such as being the only child of a family and the husband having an older brother to inherit the responsibilities of the estate and elder care. Spanish cultures often have two surnames , their father's and mother's with the father´s name traditionally first.
Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese women keep their maiden name when they marry instead of taking the husband's.
In Europe, nobles often had several last names depending on inheritance and such.
