No. At some point people would get death row worthy sentence for walking over red light or speeding 5 miles too fast, if demand for test subjects will be high.

I honestly would need to know the crime the person committed to get on death row.
I would even agree to use them for unethical experiments and wouldn't require their consent. Human garbage doesn't get any of my sympathy.

No. Because they still have human dignity and deserve to be treated with respect. If you kill them, make it quick and painless.
