Am coming frome Toronto, Canada. Which has a big East Indian population. But first of, ain't bias towards East Indians. They're peaceful crowd, mind their business go on with their day. Etc. One thing. When have they become actually looking people?
So. I have an image. East Indians side by side, not looking alike, period. Travel to the north parts and south parts of India. Big differences right their. So here in Toronto, this whole situation, "You look East Indian" terminology, throws of the audiences of different other ethnic and mixed ethnic groups. Toronto is a mixed ethnic, multi culture, diverse neighborhood.
With such a large ethnic group of people. Once again, no problem being surrounded amounts them. Are suddenly people not seen too often, they're making new faces, behaving very differently. I've been asked many times where am I from, my ethnicity, etc. As soon as I say, then after, "You look East Indian."
Am South American. Very tanned skin individual. For example. If walking around like Conan the Barbarian, Kull the Conquerer, Hollywood Hulk Hogan. Then they're in the city now like me. So since when have they ever been these kinda people based on skin tone? Please hope this isn't confusing, but help me out here 😒😀

Ok. They're East Indians are basically coming from East Indian Families. When have they ever been East Indians based on their Skin tone complexion being dark brown skin?

What are you talking about East India? Their skin tone? Their ethnicity? It's weird when people talk about East India, this part is not as popular as West and North and South India but anyways. I'm from East India, staying in Eastern side of my own state as well. I'm from pure East Indian family. If you're talking about skin tone then no, all East Indians don't have dark or tanned skin, majority do. I have fair skin which is slightly tanned because of the hot sun but now it's fair again because of staying in home for long, just like my mom. My dad is pale and his skin doesn't tans, instead his skin turns pink under hot sun, same is for my sister. It maybe difficult to spot out pale ones but there are many fair skinned East Indian. Most are tanned because of heat but many also have dark complexion since birth. It depends. And what do you mean by 'looking' people? You're talking about their eyes? Yes, many East Indians do have big doe eyes, especially females.
Ah. I think that they mean you look as if you are from India. Indians vary in complexion and features. North Eastern Indians look Oriental, a lot of South Indians look closer to Africans and many North Indians closer to Arabs. But the general Indian looks pretty brown.
