British Columbia is the most backwards province in Canada. Mind you the locals will tell you they're progressive but reality says otherwise.
I mean drug abuse is rampant in the province, why else was Vancouver calling an emergency among health care professionals just a few days ago when there around 60 or more overdoses in ONE day.
In comparison cities like Toronto - with three times the population of Vancouver - had 560 deaths in a year (2020) or less than 3 people per day.
Those drug stats may not be directly related except for proving that morality is not exactly a highlight of life in British Columbia.
If Trump happens to not be our next president, this is the type of thing that will become the new normal in America 🇺🇸. Sad but true.

I'm so confused as to why you'd slot your kid into that before they can make any choices. Like what advantage does that give besides being extremely confusing, and possibly torturous to them depending on how that plays out down the line and what damage has been done to their bodies already.
that looks really screwed up. Is there a community of parents that have kids that are like this, and so they look for events for them to play together? I dont' get it.
If you think about a lot of what society does... it's weird. But this seems not "normal" weird.

The parents are more at fault than the actual people over the camp tbh. I mean its sick all the way around but this is overall just bad parenting to allow your kid to attend
