I would say it’s equal however I see more overweight woman than men but I think it varies from country to country

statistically the average female has gained more weight in the last 70 years than the average male has gained weight. So in America I would say females have the most fat people

This is a guess, but probably women, we naturally have a higher body fat percentage, and also we get pregnant and that puts weight on us, and not everyone is able to remove the excess fat put on during pregnancy
