I think it  SHOULD  be legal just like cigarettes of which are ACTUALLY deadly and ACTUALLY addictive. The only reason it’s illegal it’s because it opens up the spiritual world to you and your 3rd eye. It’s considered a psychedelic. Just like DMT. Just not as strong. And these leaders don’t want you to get answers from within. Answers from your ancestors and such. Same with Shrooms. Regardless. I never smoked that stupid useless trash. The people who do it are trash. That people who smoke it are usually LOW IQ. Those people are usually in dead-end jobs and have other mental issues to top it all off. The ones who DO use this. It exasperates feeling of anxiety and depression when the dr—g is NOT IN USE. And not only that… but if you use it underage as a minor. Or before the age of 25 when your frontal lobe is done forming. This dr-g literally eats at your neurons. It literally kills your braincells. In other words it literally rots your brain.  LOOK IT UP. Everytime I see a man inhaling this nonsense in specific, I get beyond turned off. I can already tell he’s working at McDonald’s. 🤡 unlike when I see someone smoking cigarettes. Cigarettes still look gross when you see someone’s disgusting C—VID breath leave their lungs. But it doesn’t throw me off as much as W—D Because Marijuana is a known as the “Hippie” “Bum” dr-g. And the smell of it is disgusting like if made for BUMS in specific. This dr-g in specific should be left for those who actually practice spirituality. And should be practiced carefully just like DMT. It’s not for recreational use. That’s not what it was designed for.  I’d never inhale some BS into my nice, clean, healthy lungs of which are meant to be for inhaling regular free oxygen.

It's the safest drug out there. The government is making a fortune making people buy those marijuana prescription cards. Where I live, they're $250. And I believe you have to pay to renew it every year. Better off just buying it illegally.

When it comes to cigarettes, the government has no trouble keeping those cancer-forming death sticks on the market, but if someone is caught with a little marijuana, "Let's take them to jail and make them go to re-hab."

If non-greedy and smart people were in congress, it'd be different. In the end, it all comes down about money. Has no one learned anything from scrooge? lol.

Of course not. They're too stupid to get the moral of a story. If it was made legal, there would be so much less violence. Anxiety for everyone would be better too. I feel sorry for this country. It's dying from stupidity fast!

I'm in favor of decriminalization, but not legalization. Where I live it's been decriminalized since the mid-70s. Even fairly large amounts were decriminalized (up 200 grams).

The thing is about decriminalization is that cops ignore it and nobody gets arrested - but at the same time it does not send a message that it's safe like legalization does.

It should not be legal. I was taught ofr 30 years that it causes cancer and I know partial burning of free radicals causes cancer in cigaretts and other inhalants. I alsoknow it causes self-reported uncontrollable rage in about 10 percent of people who try it.

Anything like that should be banned. regular cigarettes should be banned for the same reason. People spend thousands of dollars per year on Cigarette even when they can't support their own living and their own family. They sell their food stamps to buy cigarettes and marijuana. Disgusting.

It should be legal and regulated but not over regulated. It's incredibly beneficial to so many people for many different reasons and it expands thought.

I do wish there was more research and education to underage kids about the dangers of smoking too much of it.

I do think it kills brain cells or at least clogs up the brain a bit.

When it comes to people driving while high, it's a tough one for me. Like personally, I know I shouldn't so I don't. But there are many people I know who drive perfectly fine while they smoke.

I think the biggest issue with weed is that it makes people lazy but maybe that's just the result of people relaxing, letting go of their anxiety and realizing that the way our economy is set up right now is kinda bullshit.

I think it is ok as long as you do not go overboard. also maybe not do it at work or when Driveing.

It a lot like drinking and DUI it ok just not why in car. also do not get into hard drug and hard alcohol. Also as long as you do not hit any one or start fight or hurt anyone else or for get where you are. If you have a issues with it seek help for additive also do not spent all you money or kill other to get it.

Before, I was pro for recreational purposes. So everyone could purchase what they enjoy while still abiding by law. But here’s what I learned the difference between medical use and recreational use (state/economical) wise.

I noticed whenever states legalize marijuana for recreational use; not only does taxes go up. But junkies population grows as well. Along with government funding low income housing and government using taxpayer money for the homeless people and junkies. That next thing you know, people want other “drugs” legal (cocaine and meth). Look what happened with Washington/Colorado/Oregon/Vermont. Very beautiful states in the 90s. Till marijuana became legal in the late 2000s. They’re now full homeless people, junkies and criminals.

But when it comes to medical use only. Well,…homeless people ain’t exactly going to get medical cards. But the community is still safe and clean.

Whether you like it or not, weed alters your perception and makes you happy doing nothing. It makes people less productive and can even change the way they vote.
It was illegal to begin with because society knew that, and common sense was still a thing.
Then the younger generations came along and threw all that out the window. Now everyone thinks weed is a magical healing plant that opens up your brain and makes you better at everything 🤣

Over here it is sorta legal on this day. Many people in my city gathered at a park to smoke weed it was reported on the news and happens every year no one gets arrested for it.
People were selling Ice cream and burgers down there while people all sat around smoking. It's basically too many people to arrest at once so they don't bother.

IMHO, any purely organic recreational drug should be legal within the privacy of your own house. Apartments are a grey area in my thinking.

Any recreational drugs that has any chemical processing should remain illegal and the death penalty for any one caught manufacturing them.
