Conditionally: As long as she had other things going on in her identity and life besides being trans and talking or fighting about it or demanding unearned privilige. Be a normal person and get treated like one. I'm in NY it's entirely possible I've met people who are passing. I don't care enough to investigate if you're just living your best life without being purposefully offensive. I do care enough to resist if someone is shoving their ideology or politics at me when they are unwanted. You do you and leave me and my kids and my government and my tax dollars out of it and we'll get along just fine.

I'm not trans, but I do crossdress and have a number of friends that completely accept me for who and what I am. I would have no problem in being friends with a trans woman (or man), as, after all, we're simply human beings trying to be ourselves. Too many people hide facets of the personality on order to try and "fit in", but are actually doing more harm to themselves than good.

No. I don't think it's ok to change who you are, if you change who you are then your an insecure fake and like anyone needs that in thier life. Honestly you can't run from who you are so DEAL with it it's all in the head anyway. if you tell yourself enough times that you are a a loser your gonna believe that so they need to have better mirrors and self talk cause I don't have time for people that aren't real.

Of course. That's not important to me when it comes to friendship. To me it's important what kind of person they are. And whether we want to spend time together and be there for each other etc.

Of course. Hell, maybe I already AM and just don't know it; unless one of us is planning to date the other, I don't really treat people differently based on sex (which earns me praise and condemnation both, in  much  larger proportion than you'd think, and in roughly equal amounts, too).

maybe, I've had "gay/lesbian" friends and aquaintenaces. Rare to even see a trans person.

It depends up on them, their energy. Some people can make me feel ill, and not just trans. If make me feel bad, no. Watching videos of the dude on the Budweiser can made me feel ill, I turned that off.

Yeah, I got a couple. They aren't my best friends since I don't get to hang out with them so much but I don't find any problem. Here it is not considered such a big deal to be trans. I don't understand why Western people have such a big deal with it, but I can understand why it is big deal when people say, "Men can get pregnant!" WTF. We don't say that here. We are just tolerant towards trans people.

If they were a passing trans woman, that is that you couldn't tell it was a trans woman, then yes. Otherwise I'd just feel uncomfortable being seen with them as these obviously male looking trans women just weird me out.

Im not going to call them by their preferred pronouns. I won't go out of my way to call them something they don't like either. I would try to use call them by their name as much as possible. If I slip up and say "him/he" (and I definitely will cause the world doesn't revolve around him I have other things on my mind) he'll just have to get over it.
