Black isn’t a race. I’m Caribbean, I’m Dominican with dark skin but it’s tricky because my whole family is way lighter than me

No I don't think is. For instance a Japanese and an Indian are both Asian, but they don't share the same culture nor the same country. Ethnicity is more about culture, history, language and not about skin color and other physical features.

Hispanics with even white skin who are Puerto Rican and Dominican still have African facial features. I’ve seen Dominicans and Puerto Ricans with lighter skin who have worse hair textures than me

Well “worse is a bad choice of words” but what I meant is I’m dark skinned and I know Puerto Ricans and Dominicans with nappy hair and I have a wavy/curvy silky hair texture.
