If I were president I would veto most bills coming out of both houses of congress until there was a super majority to overwrite said veto.

This is something i would diligently work with the most like-minded minority to prevent.

At the same time using the executive power I would order every domestic agency not specifically mentioned in the U. S. Constitution to focus on twiddling their thumbs and avoid actually enforcing said domestic laws.

I would tell the army given the high likelihood they won't get funded, to transfer as much of their assets as possible to the State National guard's.

Budget cuts across the board. I would personally set up a committee to audit all of the programs and then make massive cuts. And I would fire a shitload of government employees and replace them with homeless people who actually want to work.
