Why the worst people are being treated nicely and the good ones are poorly treated?

I just noticed that some people treat the bad ones so good and treat the nice ones so poorly. I am tired of being used and I just felt like there's no point being nice at all. I just want to end everything for good.

the Halo Effect and Devil Effect are responsible for this

it has a lot to do with their physical attraction because from a biological standpoint, society will always want to preserve genetic beauty ahead of everything else and try to stamp out genetic failures which prevents the dilution of the gene pool

it's unfortunate that simps would rather get angry at Johnny Depp for being innocent and defend Amber Heard knowing damn well if Amber Heard was hideous, they would never protect her image in the first place

likewise the same applies to all the women who stood up, defended and petitioned for attractive convicted felons like Ted Bundy, Jeremy Meeks and Cameron Herrin to go free all because they were handsome

but really there's nothing that can done especially when it's a natural phenomenon

Acknowledge the role you play in allowing yourself to be used and mistreated. It is bad karma to be nice to bad people. That doesn’t mean go to the other extreme and be a complete bitch, there is middle ground and that is just choosing to distance yourself and self respect plays a role in that. When the topic of self respect comes up people are almost always focused on one’s “body count” or if they dress modest but exterior factors are irrelevant. Having genuine self respect is not allowing people in your life who disrespect who you are as a person and having boundaries. Not everyone deserves to be in your energy and if you’re overly welcoming, generous, kind, etc to everyone without any boundaries in place to protect yourself your willingly opening up the door to people who mean you harm.

That’s what happened to me in the past. I have learned my lesson not to treat anyone too nice unless I have a reason to. I have been taken advantaged of by my own best friend and some family members. When I cut the ties, I am the bad one. Not even a single apology came from any of them.

People do this because they know they can. That’s the only reason, nothing too complicated about it. They sense our empathy, kindness and generousity then decide to take full advantage of it because they know people like us are not common these days. They use us for their own benefit because they know it won’t last, once we get tired of them.

Because people fear them. As soon as we realize they are no angry god, they are worthless. But we are afraid of them and as long as that is the case, they will forever reign with a boot on your face.

I think I’ve said this in another question asked but something everyone must remember is that there is a difference between being nice and a pushover.

However they often get confused to be the same thing.

People will prey on weakness, always. And to a lot of people, kindness is for the weak. Kindness will get you killed in this world. Stay kind to family and friends, but even them hold a bit of caution. Trust no one. Respect others but know where to draw that line.

Because good people are nice to everyone and people take advantage of them easily but worst people are cunning and clever they play mind games and get more appreciation and love easily by being pretending someone they are not.

i've found you kind of get treated the way you treat others. If you are treating others expendably you will get treated expendably. Nice people usually find other nice people.
