I'd say "no", but I am curious what you are are thinking of. What laws do you want to enforce? The Levitical code? How would you choose leaders?

You say "Christian" but the Christian community in the US and Europe is divided into a large number of denominations. How would you resolve that?

I don't believe you are religious if you oppose sinners, I believe you are religious if you protect your brothers and sisters.

The liberals might promote ideologies that are not encouraged by religions, but the conservatives bully innocent people in ways that are not acceptable by religious books. The bible says, protecting 10 innocent people is more honourable than punishing thousands of sinners who are not innocent.

So I'm biased in favour of protection towards ethnic minorities over promoting intolerance for non religious ideas if it means risking the oppression of ethnic groups.
