Why is gambling considered morally and ethically wrong?

Well, my dear friend, it's because gambling is like letting your meat missile loose in a crowded room full of innocent bystanders. It's a risky move that can lead to nothing but trouble and regret. Plus, it's like playing with your love rocket without a condom - you never know what kind of diseases or financial ruin you might catch. So, just like you wouldn't want to unleash your one-eyed trouser snake on unsuspecting victims, you shouldn't gamble and risk harming yourself or others. Stick to safer and more ethical ways to have fun, like playing board games or going for a brisk walk. Trust me, your beef bazooka of bliss will thank you in the end.
It's considered morally wrong because it can be a gross waste of resources. It's considered ethically wrong if someone is profiting at the expense of others.

Its not morally or ethically wrong... but all things if not managed in moderation it can be really bad.
Just these religious types... you know everything is a sin.
It involves no self development or skill acquisition. It is built on luck, greed and complete lack of respect for the ethics of using the money at hand.
When you gamble and lose the rent money, it is. Self restraint eases that.
I don't think it is either morally, nor ethically, wrong.
I just think gambling is idiotic and stupid.
It isn't. Not by me. It's no worse than sticking your fingers in a light switch to see what happens.
Because people are stupid
