I'm not sure There are a lot of females like that, which it's a bad idea. Some things, just depending, it's not a good idea to do 50/50 on, for example, if I would ever get married, and the girl was like "Oh, yeah, let's plan the wedding 50/50, you can help me." Yeah, if a girl sends me to pick up some decorations for the wedding, I'm a guy who is going to end up coming back with some magic beans! 50/50 is not always what it's cracked up to me. If you think deeper, some decisions should be 100/0 depending on what the decision has to be made!
What exactly do you mean by 50/50? Most other countries outside of the US and parts of Western Europe have pretty rigid cultural understandings of what constitute's man's work and woman's work, which may or may not seem like 50/50 by our standards, which tend to more closely revolve around finances or time commitments that fluctuate.
A lot are but we don’t prefer it, especially because when a guy says 50/50 they don’t really men 50/50. Just paying half of the bills and doing nothing else is not 50/50.
Most countries are more sexist than America and require a woman to be a housewife. That means (in those countries) that the woman who aren't housewife's are few and far between and that creates a stigma that women cannot work outside of the house. That makes it very difficult for women to find good jobs. Even the women who do get good jobs are often disrespeced and shunned by their society. Therefore splitting 50/50 in countries like that is impractical and overly demanding.
