If you hired contractors to do work at your house and you heard from bitching about you and other customers and colleagues would you tell the company?

depends, if there was an issue with the job, though the complaining seemed to go hand and hand, they were so busy complaining about customers, they chose to not do their job properly. people sometimes forget without customers they wouldn't have a job. i go through it in healthcare i take a lot of sh*t thats just how it is. they were unprofessional not that they complained but because they did it out in the open at a customers home, when it should have been done on the way home in a work truck

I complained to the manager of a fast food restaurant after I overheard a bunch of girls who worked there bitching about me, because I complained about the stone cold food they had given to me. I was pregnant at the time and to be given a cold burger was not fun. So you bet your ass I would make a formal complaint to the company about the contractors
