Vacant apartment yet AC runs for days on end is someone living in there?

Maintenance/cleaners where I live are sketchy and untrustworthy, they're Hispanics. After neighbors moved out lights were on some nights, toilet flushed, shower run from time to time and AC being ran for days on end. The apartment is still vacant and empty. The cleaners don't have much to do in that apartment as it's not damaged yet go in there pretending to do work (pretty sure the property manager wouldn't be pleased as he's paying them and they're not doing shit) it's nobody else that would be living in there temporarily, only one of the shitty cleaners. When my other neighbors moved out this happened before too. Someone was in there after hours and shit until new tenants moved in.

I fail to see how this affects you. It could be any number of things. Painting, carpet cleaning, new fixtures, etc. Either way it has nothing to do with you.

Well because whoever the fuck is blasting the AC 24-7 it's making my fucking apartment rattle/shake. Also when they're walking. It interrupt my sleep and I have anxiety about this.
