He prob won’t but unless we get a conviction before 2024 there’s at least a possibility he could win or some other repub would win and pull a Gerald Ford and get pardoned.


But pardoned comes with a connotation of guilt and thus not elligible to run. Another constitutional clause he’d prob break.
