Like most of these kind of videos you can't see what led to it. Without having any idea what started it, it's impossible to place "blame".

What I do know that is that as soon as she says to leave the store, he needs to leave. The reason for her telling him that is irrelevant. After he didn't leave she should have quit arguing with him and called the cops. They both wanted the last word. As long as she kept arguing, he was going to keep arguing instead of leaving.
