Is my female boss hitting on me?

She continually touches my hand when I pass her papers (to the point of gripping my fingers for a split few seconds), I've heard her call me 'babe', and she touches me back whenever she talks to me (I'm at a desk). There were even a few moments where our eyes had locked and the intensity between us was... let's just say I felt naked.

Am I misreading it? Should I feel uncomfortable? My fiancée seems unconcerned, but I'm not sure it's a façade.

Oh golly. My old boss used to slap my ass, kiss me and pull me on to his lap so I quit and gave him what for :( But yep buddy be assertive, don't smile at her or laugh nervously. If she touches you firmly brush her hand away. She'll get the hint.

sounds like you better watch out. one of my friends/guy interest that I work with our boss seems to really like him. she's always around him nd when I come she seems so angry because he's akways around me. so ya that's a definite possibility!
