For instance you can ell if they are invested in the conversation you are having, or maybe they seem bored and want to leave? Or perhaps they seem worried about something?
Besides blatant expressions like disgust, no. I've found ladies especially difficult to read. All the times I thought someone might like me, she was just being nice/kind.
Hell, two different women each had a boyfriend.
One acted really flirty with me, agreed to go on a date, and seemed genuinely interested, just to reveal the day before that she had a boyfriend she didn't talk to in a month and didn't want to cheat. I took it as two possibilities, she either was telling the truth or lied to get out of the date.
The second, for months acted really interested, flirty, always asking questions and did a few things that made me think it was more than just a waitress trying to get tips. One example was that I was being waited on by her coworker and I asked for gelato but to surprise me with the flavor. She came over instead, yelled , "Surprise, Brian!", and told me it was her favorite flavor. My friend convinced me to ask her out after I told him of our interactions and that's when she said she had a boyfriend (she actually did).
The point is, people are confusing, women more than men.

At this point in my life, I can rightfully say I'm fairly good at reading other individuals' body language.
I can tell some things, but I can't say that I'm good at it.
