If there is a specific job related requirement then no. If they have the girls wear mini skirts but the guys can wear pants due to a job like a server at heart attack grill then no.. but if it’s just for the pleasure for the boss to admire then yes

Uh what? Lol. I LOVE uniforms in a sense that it's one less thing I have to worry about when going to work. And no, I've seen both men and women wear the same thing in my line of work.

Oh. Then maybe it depends on the company? I've seen female flight attendants with just pants/slacks like a business casual outfit with logo nametag. Same with the men. Maybe like I said, it depends on the company. Talk to them about that and see what they say.

I do not think so. I think a uniform looks sharp and sends a professional message. I have worn 4 different uniforms in my different jobs. Military, Bus Driver, Ambulance Attendant and Firefighter. Both men and women wore those uniforms and looked good in them.

Largely depends. Some women are super sexy in their uniforms. An ex of mine used to wear a blue waitress uniform that was a real turn on. I get flash backs when I see a waitress now.

If it's a private company like Hooters or something I don't think there's an issue with telling girls to wear skirts, if it was a public thing like a police department then I would say yes.
