Should it be allowed for workers to face consequences for the things they say on their employers time?

As long as its not legal consequences of course since thats against our first amendment rights. Should companies be allowed to punish their workers for things they say on the clock? Such as suspension or termination of their employment?

Of course. Employers have a right to conduct their business as they see fit as long as its not illegal
No that should be against the law too. Freedom of speech should be freedom of any consequences not just legal ones.
