Young people aren't necessarily turning "conservative", they're just not happy with the direction the new democratic party is going, they have absolutely no common sense and ignore what their base has to say. Polling shows just about everything the Biden administration touts as victories is seen as nonsense by their supporters. The problem is, their supporters see it as an "individual" problem and not a "party" problem. A Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama or Hilary Clinton would be no different and the young people need to realize that. I did years ago when the media became activists for the Democrat party.

It's a good question. It probably is having some effect on them because they're being demonized and devalued to an extent. Making someone feel disrespected and unwanted is a sure way to get someone to become an opponent.
