Should women be careful when picking men?

i have been on this site for two years and it has taught me so much about people. especially men. i will probably leave this site as i think i have learned enough but honestly the type of men i have met here are worst than anyone that i have ever met in real life. i lived in london my whole life and also paris and lausanne. i have also travelled though never been to america. i have never had the opportunity to speak to such dumb and close minded men in my entire life. i am actualy verry greatful to this site for teaching me such a valuable lesson. i dont know if all men are like that in america but if that is the case i rather stay in Europe. seriously i get more and more shocked everyday to how entitled and deluded men are on this site.

First off I actually do agree with you. But I will say this, we are only products of our environment. I do not know how gender is handled in Great Britain. I was married for 24 years, and I become single at the age of 42 for the first time. Up until the age of 42 I thought all this garbage I heard was bull shit from men. Like if they knew how to treat a woman right, then all this bull shit they talk about would not be an issue.

Well, I have been single for 5 years, dating for 3 years and the bull shit woman have put me through, and the way they have seemed to dominate the conversation about gender and woman rights, and then the way they treat you sometimes as man... the lack of social programs from medical to child care, to maturity leave and the all the double standards that set and maintained for men and women... and how men more less have been silenced in America.

I agree with you 100%, but men in America are only a product of their society. Like woman can do almost anything she wants to a man, and its acceptable. Like its automatically assumed that if the man treated her right, then she would have acted right. But if the man mistreats a woman in any way, he is the villain.

I honestly do not think anything in American society leads woman to appreciate and respect men, or the virtues assigned to masculinity, were as we celebrate woman for almost anything and everything.

honeslty i am getting more and more shoked everyday as i live in Europe and used to think that men were rude and entitle only on this site. i have also met three americains in lodon who acted verry similar and putting twi and two together i am starting to think everyone is like that in america. people in the uk and france and switzerland men and women are completely different, i have never been called ugly or unatractive here. the only two people that i knew personaly who ever told me this were both American. its starting to scare me. i am sorry that you are living in such a horrible place and i honesly wonder how anyone can live a happy life there.

Yes, everyone should have standards. For example, I would never be with a woman who bashes all men because of the actions of a lould minority. Being weak minded is a huge a turn off.
