Did you know that Derek Chauvin didn't kill George Floyd?

George Floyd was a POS with a pretty nasty criminal record and the world is a better place without him. That said, Derek Chauvin didn't know that at the time, and even if he was high AND had COVID and a congenital bad heart, the knee to the neck was excessive once active resistance stopped. Hit him with a taser over and over again if you have to, but if a Soldier did that to a detainee in the military he'd be up for a court marshal immediately, and that detainee shouldn't have more rights than a US citizen.
Derek Chauvin was a shite cop. In his career, Chauvin had 18 complaints against him on official record and was involved in three police shootings, one of which was fatal. He received two letters of reprimand for misconduct.
The world is also a better place without him in it, too.
He was the scum of the Earth, and libtards loved him.

I've been saying that all along! Floyd was so fucked up on fentanyl he was already yelling that he couldn't breathe before Derek even touched him and made him get into the car!! He is COMPLETELY innocent!!
I agree, and it's not fair that he rots in prison for 20 years, just to make the Democrats happy.

@BigDog1989 Didn't you just say that? Gee, what a dull conversationalist YOU turned out to be!

Oh, sweet, I guess racism and police misconduct just don’t even exist and we can stop worrying about it altogether! I didn’t expect good news like this on a casual Wednesday morning! Thank you for this completely valid and I can only assume well-sourced information, anonymous internet denizen!
🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
not so sure I agree with what killed him.
What killed him was caulous disregard for human life and possibly, arrogance. I strongly suspect reltionship issues at home, personality issues and lack of sleep contributed... we'll never know. So that includes Floyd disregarding his own life and the officer that kneeled on him while he was suffocating. He's the one that took all those drugs, that just had covid... sitting in a tiny car, and going for more cigaretts. Poor fella was suffering and was working on salvation, grant him that. He was messed up.
Granted, officers will be quite nasty after being kicked in the face and watching videos of other officers being wrestled and murdered by psychos. Even so, police policy should have been adapted well before this to monitor the vital signs of a person contained... that would have helped avoid the similar deaths before and since, once enacted. There was a chinese guy killed same way sometime after girlfriend, he was innocent even in his own house... but noone knows anything about that and the officer went free. The script flipped by the intense racism propagated by a segment of society coming out of centuries of abuse, still harboring the trauma. What matters is how they feel about being treated fair. That was the verdict.
Chauvin though was screwed, somewhat... if that was me he held down, I'd want him in prison too. But I'm not a cop and I wouldn't kick one in the face, I'd be like the chinese guy. There's no testimony showing all the officers whom had someone down that got up and attacked them and sometimes killed them. He had a reason for doing what he did... it wasn't a good one. Never hold down a black person like that... ever... even if he's going to kill you. Let him run loose so is someone elses problem.
Sadly, Chauvin did not defend himself.
Set him free after 3 years... so the rest of the country can be burnt to the ground and we can start over. That will be good for the economy and cheaper than war. Turn loose the other officers, they were not at fault... the law is screwy.
Good points. Chauvin was an asshole, but he wasn't the cause of death for George. Derek will have 20 years to perfect his ping pong game.
A unanimous Minnesota jury begs to differ with you.
They convicted him of:
murder in the second degree,
third degree murder, and
second degree manslaughter.
Since the second degree murder charge is the worst, that is what he was sentenced for as the other two convictions would have had their sentences served concurrently.
This is how Minnesota defines second degree murder. Chauvin was convicted under Subdivision 2, Unintentional murders
============
https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.19
609.19 MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE.
Subdivision 1. Intentional murder; drive-by shootings.
Whoever does either of the following is guilty of murder in the second degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 40 years:
(1) causes the death of a human being with intent to effect the death of that person or another, but without premeditation; or
(2) causes the death of a human being while committing or attempting to commit a drive-by shooting in violation of section 609.66, subdivision 1e, under circumstances other than those described in section 609.185, paragraph (a), clause (3).
Subdivision 2. Unintentional murders.
Whoever does either of the following is guilty of unintentional murder in the second degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 40 years:
(1) causes the death of a human being, without intent to effect the death of any person, while committing or attempting to commit a felony offense other than criminal sexual conduct in the first or second degree with force or violence or a drive-by shooting; or
(2) causes the death of a human being without intent to effect the death of any person, while intentionally inflicting or attempting to inflict bodily harm upon the victim, when the perpetrator is restrained under an order for protection and the victim is a person designated to receive protection under the order. As used in this clause, "order for protection" includes an order for protection issued under chapter 518B; a harassment restraining order issued under section 609.748; a court order setting conditions of pretrial release or conditions of a criminal sentence or juvenile court disposition; a restraining order issued in a marriage dissolution action; and any order issued by a court of another state or of the United States that is similar to any of these orders.

STATE OF MINNESOTA DISTRICT COURT
COUNTY OF HENNEPIN FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
STATE OF MINNESOTA, Plaintiff
vs.
DEREK MICHAEL CHAUVIN, Defendant
SENTENCING ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OPINION
Court File No. 27-CR-20-12646
This matter is before the Court for sentencing after the jury returned guilty verdicts on April 20, 2021 on Count I, unintentional second-degree murder while committing a felony, Count II, third-degree murder, perpetrating an eminently dangerous act evincing a depraved mind, and Count III, second-degree manslaughter, culpable negligence creating an unreasonable risk.
...
Mr. Chauvin did not plead guilty, but he cannot be punished for exercising his constitutional right to a jury trial. Nevertheless, he must be held accountable for the death of Mr. Floyd and for doing so in a manner that was particularly cruel and an abuse of his authority. In consideration of all the facts presented at trial, this Court’s experience, and the collective experience of the entire Court over the last ten years, the Court finds the appropriate prison sentence for Mr. Chauvin is 270 months.
CONCLUSION
Part of the mission of the Minneapolis Police Department is to give citizens “voice and respect.” Here, Mr. Chauvin, rather than pursuing the MPD mission, treated Mr. Floyd without respect and denied him the dignity owed to all human beings and which he certainly would have extended to a friend or neighbor. In the Court’s view, 270 months, which amounts to an additional ten years over the presumptive 150-month sentence, is the appropriate sentence.
The expert Medical Examiner testified under Oath that George Floyd died of a self-inflicted Fentanyl Drug overdose.
the Jury unlawfully convicted Chauvan of a Crime that never happened.
@SeekerOfTruth007 That's horseshit.
If you want to use the name @SeekerOfTruth007, then earn it and learn to do due diligence.
The Medical Examiner in this case is Dr. Andrew M. Baker, MD.
This is the Medical Examiner's autopsy report which was admitted into testimony.
www.hennepin.us/.../floyd-autopsy-6-3-20.pdf
This is George Floyd's death certificate which was also admitted into testimony:
On the death certificate, the Medical Examiner said the immediate cause of death was "CARDIOPULMONARY ARREST COMPLICATING LAW ENFORCEMENT SUBDUAL, RESTRAINT, AND NECK COMPRESSION"
The death certificate includes "Other Contributing Conditions" and those included fentanyl, but, as Baker testified, that would not lead to death which is why it was not "in the top line" (the immediate cause of death).
(more)
This is the testimony of that Medical Examiner which includes what I just wrote.

If you want to skip watching that whole 2+ hour video, perhaps this will help. It describes, with quotes, the critical elements of Baker's testimony and cross-examination.
www.npr.org/.../live-video-medical-examiner-to-testify-about-george-floyds-death
This video is of Dr. Lindsay Thomas who also is a medical examiner who had worked with Dr. Baker. She agrees with Baker and explains what "cardiopulmonary arrest" and elaborates on why Floyd died. Begin around the 28-minute mark to learn about her background as an ME in court cases and then how she got involved in this case ultimately discussing why Floyd died.

"[T]he [j]ury unlawfully convicted Chauv[i[n..."
You need to learn how the law works.
If you don't, you might find yourself in a world of shit and receive some serious fudge-packing like Chauvin likely is right now.
I watched all nine minutes of the video, and Chauvin never had his knee on Floyd's neck. Even if there was "neck compression" it didn't come from Chauvin' actions and couldn't have been lethal.
Youtube and other hosting sites took the video down, but i watched it on the news twice full length and watched as much of it as I could on youtube before it was banned there.
George Floyd was simply not murdered. The fact 12 unqualified idiots thought that was murder just shows they are idiots.
This is exactly why we should not have Peer Jury trials for alleged murder and rape cases, but rather require an expert panel of judges. Peer Juries lack legal training and lack relevant expertise.
I've been illegally accused of "crimes" on several occasions, both by silly women who were just falsely accusing me to be hateful and by law enforcement officers on several other occasions, and I've always managed to not only be found innocent, but rather turn the tables on the accuser and ruin them. The last two times law enforcement falsely accused me of anything, I was eventually awarded raised seal letterhead showing all charges against me dropped and purged from my record, because I flat out didn't break the law, and the truth is the police broke the law.
That's immediately obvious when watching the full, unedited video from the original arrest. Or reading the actual coroner's report as opposed to the unsubstantiated opinion from a licensed coroner who was never there. This story infuriated me (and still does) at how blatant pandering to a popular narrative to exonerate multiple government employees and media clowns from being accountable in any way totally screwed over countless lives, both directly from the affiliated court cases, and also reverberating into idiotic policy decisions made across the country that are slowly being walked back after the damage was already done. I pity anyone who still believes justice is blind, or that following policies and doctrine as ordained by your employer is for your own protection.
Nice post! After everyone and their dog watched that video, the whack jobs burnt half the country down. If Chauvin wasn't sentenced to 21 years in prison, the whack jobs would have burned the other half of the country down.
This is a lot like January 6th. There are grandmothers in prison for trespassing.
@Brice,
Thanks. That pro Palestinian group breaks into Congress in session, and nothing happens. Biden can illegally possess classified documents, and nothing happens.
We're turning into a banana Republic.
I heard on the news that Iran is firing missiles at our American bases in Iraq and Syria. I wonder how many more wars Joe's going to get us involved in before we get rid of him.
And if China wants to invade Taiwan, this would be the perfect time.
And they know that and that's why they're doing it.
I'm an expert martial artist.
Placing your iknee in someone's back is not a "lethal submission". It's not even a good submission, and I can demonstrate getting right out of that even though I'm now medically disabled.
George Floyd died of a drug overdose. What's more, he was in the process of committing not one, but three felonies that I know of, so his blood is on his own hands..
And THAT was all antifa and blm doing that shit!!
@SeekerOfTruth007
I heard the same thing.
Biden returned said documents immediately, cooperated fully and was unaware he had them.
Not your boy.
* Trump physically STOLE them
* He lied about not knowing he had them, claiming some assistants who packed for him put them there (fucking hilarious, as if they were laying around in the open at the Oval Office)
* He refused several requests to return them
* He went to COURT to argue that he didn't have to return them, and lost
* He showed classified top-secret documents to civilians, and bragged about it
* He had his attorney lie about the number of documents in his possession
He's lucky there are only 4 indictments against him on this one.
Oh, it was pro-Palestinians who attacked the Capitol, not maga's? Not the Oath Keepers? Not the Proud Boys? Not Trump supporters shouting "hang Mike Pence"? Hmmm... the videos must have all been faked too. You need to grow up.
@loveslongnails
I'm going to delete you. Do you know why?
There were people right there on the day yelling, "That's antifa dressed like Trump supporters!!".
I'm still completely amazed by how American made a hero from that absolute trash, a dude whose life was only turned to crime and ruining other people's lives.
Some would say, "he didn't deserve to die". I disagree, but let's say he didn't. He still did everything he could to meet that end. He's one less scum on earth and for sure I don't care that he died.
When you live like a criminal, you will end like a criminal: in prison, or dead.
@Guanfei... I agree with you, but look at the fucking shit storm it caused afterward? I sure as hell do not have an answer, but George Floyd was a bottom feeder and always would have been trash. After it happened it happened I was in Florida, at Disney World and saw another hard ass trouble maker wear a T-shirt that read "I can't breathe"... Looking for a fight.
Another thought... If you can't 'breathe, how can you talk? Impossible to do! Floyd's "I can't breather" was bullshit, you have to breather to be able to talk/yell! ? So what did he die from?
I was watching a TV interview with a guy interviewing a British woman. The guy was joking about how the British worship royalty. Her comeback was priceless: " I can see how you would find that strange. And us Britts find it strange that Americans can actually build statues and worship a career. Criminal who during a home invasion pointed a loaded gun at a pregnant woman's belly."
Hoping the coroner's report can re-open the case or turn it around in appeal. But if it is, the Rage Machine will explode again because truth does not matter to the left. It's all about Feelz.
They know that if they let him out, there will be many billions of dollars worth of damage across the country
We have guns, shoot `em!
Insofar as the battery of tests in an autopsy was expanded to include Covid, and he tested positive, George Floyd died of Covid. Unless the virus somehow clustered enough cells together to form the shape of a police officer, Chauvin, as per the madness of that year, is innocent.
And in fairness, if the virus COULD do that, I would agree that it's actually dangerous.
Well yeah, anyone with a brain knows you can't suffocate someone by kneeling on the back of their neck when the windpipe is in the front. It was all scripted in an attempt to bring America down to the point of no recovery, luckily it failed.
I think they were over 500 riots as a result of that, and the blue mayors and blue governors seemed to love it.
They sure as shit did fuck-all to stop it!!
Yes. I've been keenly aware of this since about... June or July of 2020?
I just heard about it yesterday, so I wasn't sure if this was news to others, also.
@crmoore
Google is your friend.
@crmoore
"I'm not interested in coming across any recent news "
What?
I was saying that yes, I can use Google, and come across random recent news, but I'm curious about what you have recently seen, not about news I can find on Google that likely isn't the news you saw.
Simply put, I'm curious about what news you saw, not the news I can find on google.
@crmoore
I drive for a living, so most of my news comes from radio shows. If you really want to know what radio shows I listen to, then let me know.
@crmoore
Do you know how to Google?
did you know BLM created more racism than there ever was and made those who created it richer and the black people in poor neighborhoods poorer?
Yes, I know that. That's because they're frauds, and don't give a shit about black people. They're a Marxist group that's more than likely funded by George Soros.
nobody knows for sure. I would say maybe he did, maybe he didn't, but If they didn't put that guy away the BLM movement would have gone apeshit. I don't really care a lot about this specific case... a lot of people get screwed by the justice system and he was most likely one of those cops that breaks protocol and have the wrong attitude for the job. I don't have a lot of sympathy for shitty cops even when they get screwed over.
Most people with a brain know for sure!
Yeah we're all hearing it wasn't the knee lol but facts matter cool his knee should have never been on that man's neck ever or at all. Regardless it's probably a psyop Gdorge Floyds Tattoo is a masonic tattoo
i watched the entire video and his knee was never on his neck. I watched the entire video TWICE before it was taken off-air and banned on youtube.
@SeekerOfTruth007
I've been hearing the exact same thing you said. The cop's knee was on George's upper back.
@SeekerOfTruth007 y'all are tripping I seen that video it was on the back of his neck it did however start on the back and lead to the neck. My thing is this I wanna know how the heck did Derek Chauvin and the azn cop even get in that situation when the first responding officers had him first.
He repeatedly resisted arrest and REFUSED to get in the car and obey officers.
He deserved what he got in my opinion.
@SeekerOfTruth007 Google his Nason tattoo and the meaning behind it. Psyop if you ask me.
The man had counterfeited money, felony 1, which he got called out by the clerk. He left the store one time and came back with a sawed off shotgun, felony 2, and robbed the place. By the time the police got there, he'd ditched the weapon, but was still high on Fentanyl and foaming at the mouth BEFORE the police ever touched him. They cuffed him, or tried to, and commanded him to get into the car dozens of times on the video, and he kept resisting arrest.
Even the bible tells you the "governor" does not bear the sword in vain, which implies God gives law enforcement the power to execute certain classes of criminals.
Chauvin did not kill George Floyd, but even if he had, I'm fine with that, because Floyd robbed the place at gun point with a sawed off shotgun.
@SeekerOfTruth007 so ru a communist and think criminals don't deserve due process? Is my question
1) He died by his own hand according to the coroner.
2) even if that wasn't the case, he was resisting arrest and repeatedly REFUSED TO OBEY OFFICER INSTRUCTIONS.
3) The officer didn't do anything wrong. They tackled a disreputable lawless man to the ground and he later died due to the illegal drugs he was amped on.
No shit! And it wasn’t the first time Liberals lied to create a shitstorm for political reasons and it won’t be the last!
All they do is lie lie lie lie lie
... and you stupid, stupid bastards keep on voting for them.
Are you referring to the lethal amount of levels of fentynal (or however it's spelled) in his system, or something else?
This is plastered on the news, so you tell me.
Do you know how to Google recent news? I'll help you if you don't know how to do it.
Why did you reply?
According to the coroners report he did not. The truth makes no difference to democrats
He was sacrificed to appease the left.
I don't know how these guys can sleep at night.
They’re psychopaths.
True
He did kill him. You know who else got brutally murdered by cops. Rodney King
Brutally assaulted*
Yes I did know that.
I just found out yesterday. A liberal asshole from the UK told me that this is old news, so I shouldn't talk about it. But we can talk about Jan 6th and slavery for the next millennium.
notice the "liberal" limited your speech, against liberty "don't talk" just a fraud name.
Uh uh. 😲 Do enlightening me.
then who did
Fentanyl
It was suicide! He OD's on fentanyl! Nobody MADE HIM take it!
@FunkyMonkee
Very true.
Cool to know.
Yes he did.
