it isn't a belief it is a fact that it is not possible to be born in the "wrong body". to explain further being gay or lesbian is perfectly natural. why? because it exists in nature and is natures way of controlling population. this is a fact. in nature certain creatures can transition from male to female and female to male. now while this may seem like grounds to say "well see Jacob that must mean it is natural for humans too" yes and no. what does that mean? fairly simple all creatures have the capacity theoretically to be affected by this again as a method of population control. HOWEVER any creature affected by it has all the tools within themselves to transition without external assistance. by which I mean pills, and surgery. as such in humans it is not a natural occurrence nor is it a possible occurrence as we do not contain the various requisite genes to transition without external assistance.

Because they are correct.
Sex is not "assigned at birth". It is established at conception. That is a fact. Not to sound condescending, but the sprem and the egg don't ask each other's opinion as to whether a boy or a girl should be conceived. And they certainly don't ask the child because, well, the child is not yet conceived.
Then there's the simple fact that those who claim to have been born in the wrong body have no experience as the opposite sex and therefore have no standard by which to make a clear and informed comparison anyway. They have a mental disorder or illness, they're jealous of the attention the opposite sex gets or they're jealous of some attribute the other has, they've been socially conditioned, or any one of a number of other factors.
Being born in the "wrong body" does not exist.
Those people most likely have something wrong with their brain. Not their body.
They just blame the body because they have a hard time accepting the fact they are mentally ill

Because the premise is different. I can't separate my identity from my body. If I change my body, I change my identity. To me a crucial part of my identity is that I'm a guy. Sure a guy can have interests that are seen as female by culture but that doesn't change that he's a guy.
because it is what they believe.
Not everyone will believe the same thing so not that they are right and you are wrong, or the other way around.
Since it is a belief much like an opinion it is based on their personal feelings, which is just fine. The brain accounts for 84% of the genome, making it a major target for mutation. Meaning that it's much more likely for something to go wrong in the brain than it is to go wrong in the body.

Because they can't understand the thinking of it js it dont make practical sense to them
Because God doesn't make mistakes. Neither does nature. Your body is created by your DNA. Which tells your cells how to make your body.
Because God knows what our gender is and God doesn't make mistake
Because they belive gender is a social construct, so there is no male or female bodies.
I believe that. Sex dysphoria.
