Well, the problem is with them so any solution would necessitate effort on their part. My guess why Incels are Incels boils down to a mixture of stupid political beliefs and a healthy dose of social incompetence. If you could design a medicine that would cure people from having conspiratorial and/or retarded political beliefs then that would go a long way (sarcasm) but that is not something I expect society will be able to address and will be up to them.

Addressing their social incompetence however is more manageable. They simply need a teacher and experience in how to build and maintain relationships and I suggest not only romantic ones but also friendships, family and acquaintances since I can see all of these being a problem for them. Once they have a baseline of social competence then they should have no problems getting a relationship without the opposite partner having to suffer through their learning period.

What Should be done is that the incel changes his/her mindset towards the opposite gender. That's where the problem lies. A bad experience or multiple causes them to think of the opposite gender as villains. I've seen man haters here, I've seen woman haters here. It's their mindset that holds them back. They have to recognize it, which will be difficult because they put the blame on the opposite gender.

If you’re involuntarily celibate, at face value I interpret that as a person who is actively looking for sexual partners and is unable to get one. So I think it could be due to any number of reasons i. e. a persons character and personality, their looks, their location, their habits and traits etc.
I know the word incel has adopted a new informal definition but I don’t think it inherently means you’re misogynistic or hate women, even though some people conflate the two
