Are investments the same as earnings?

First and foremost we need our government to only invest in the stock market by double blind wealth management contracts. Maybe even only invest into a government only elected investment firm where individuals can't directly contact investors. The true 4th branch of government that no one can talk to dealing with our government retirement funds in a bipartisan totality shared retirement plan once our of office.
That is the only path to give confidence in our government above 50% and upwards. Offices are only filled by the people who only care about the people and are of the people choose to be in Offices.
It's embarrassingly not that complicated.

It is as easy as a rock rolling down a hill if you just wait long enough
Go to an Edward jones office and say you inherent some money and they will show you a graph of the stock markets since the beginning and lines going up and down but always higher and higher. They are the gold fish with human intelligence and get a salery for participating in some level of effort.
Compared to Wallstreet bets just throwing money and piss into the wind for the memes. For the love of god dont do that and id imagine any modern A. I bot is no different. Its cute and fun but loses track of reality very quickly. A. I can't even speed run a kids game let alone predict the market without making shit up.

I did buy my car outright doing that but that doesn’t solve the problem of large corporate stock brokers controlling the market.
We do the real work, watching the market second by second, reading about IPO launches, getting ash ready…. And they have a fcking program that does it instantly and a thousand times over. If we taxed each individual transaction it would slow down their side level the playing field.
Yes and no.
No because earnings is you getting money, usually from someone paying you to do stuff.
And investments is you giving money away, usually in hope to get some returns. And i am guessing the taxing is meant tp be on that return.
And returns and earnings is more or less the same again and should be taxed the same way. The only difference is who that money comes from and how the amount is calculated.

No, investments are harder to police
Here you only get taxed on the realised gains of an investment so if you leave money to be reinvested it's not taxed until it's collected upon
If you make a loss, you pay nothing or can get paid if the investment is held via a corporate holding
Because then no one would invest in anything, you liberals don't understand an economy at all and it really shows but then given you're all for banning the private ownership of assets of any kind, banning pensions and executing the elderly excluding supreme leader Biden
But it won't be 15% probably 150% am I right comrade
They are not the same thing. Investments being "taxed" would mean the government would need to reimburse if and when those investments go down instead of up.
Such a system would be open to exploitation
if there is something they can tax they will tax it. i think a lot of people understand now where those tax dollars go
