For example I think people in the Fed killed innocent people during Las Vegas Massacre as retribution torwards conservatives for electing Donald Trump. The outcome was to get more gun laws passed and begin to install more police and metal detectors at Casinos, Schools, Universitites, Libraries and other highly populated areas and venues. Less personal rights and freedoms and more government tyranny

I believe many other mass casualty incidents have been false flags for the purpose that you stated - to create fear in order pass oppressive laws and subvert the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

No- bluntly speaking, if that were the case, there'd be a LOT more mass casualty incidents. Now, I know- not believe, but KNOW- that they're willing to take advantage of crises that happen (see Covid), but creating one out of whole cloth is not only extremely difficult to organize, but functionally impossible to keep secret.
