No; China's falling even faster. And while the US is likely to fall into a UK-type situation, where the empire is gone but the nation itself is still doing fine, China's going to struggle to stay intact.

India's a more likely candidate, but they have some serious problems, too.

After the fall of the Soviet Union. the title of "superpower" became meaningless.

Sort of like "Superbowl world series" is useless as it's not played elsewhere, and has value outside of the USA, as no one else is interested in playing in it.
