I was driving around listening to the radio today, when the news came on, and it played some audio from a recent rally of his. He said something like "if you want to defeat the extreme woke left, then vote for your favorite president in history. That would be me" what narcissist. Can his supporters not see that? Maybe they're all narcissists themselves? Try, and his supporters need to be humbled big time.

I never liked the guy, didn't vote for him first time... he's too full of himself... uses words to cut others down and prop himself up. that's 90% of what he is.. hot air. I couldn't stand hillary for her voting record, so I voted 3rd party.
But the other 10% of him gets stuff done. It takes a USA Grade #1 A-hole to deal with others like himself. They regard each other. When he spoke about policies and actions, I agreed with most of it. I thought he handled most things well or decently especially getting some global relationships back in line. all that while being constantly attacked. Hed be one nightmare to work for... I pitied his cabinet.
2nd time around, I voted for him, Biden to me was worse... but I didn't think he'd be as bad as he has been. What a disaster. If the left hands me Biden or that guy from CA, what do they expect? Give me an option Pls...
I don't like the way he demeans some people, but when you get to realize his personality... he will kick someone in the teeth verbally (ex. insult Kim Jung Un) and then hand them a handshake and smile. It's his way to power. Words... that's all it is... words. they are like swords, but they are just words. I accept he just says what is on his mind and his personality and I accept the strengths and deal with the weaknesses. he lacks some skills we'd expect of a statesman... no doubt.
That's why I went Vivek, but he's toast... for now.

I was never a fan of his and was unsure if he would make a good president. However Hillery would have been a lot worse so I voted for him. I was really surprised at how well his commons sense approach to the presidency worked. I always knew that continually skimming money from the treasury to fund foreign wars and to give countries that hate us billions in foreign aid. And trade deals should be beneficial to America. Trump addressed all these things as well as illegal immigration, rebuilding the military and fixing the VA. He created the Space Force and despite what the media said he did an excelled job during the Covid epidemic. He was going into unknown territory with no real guide to follow and he navigated the economy, providing support to small businesses and giving citizens economic support as well. He had hospitals build and there were two ships that were made into hospital ships. He had private companies build ventilators and with Operation Warp Speed had a vaccine developed in months instead of years.
T think he was the most effective president in modern times. So he has a big ego?
The bible says that God puts trials on earth to test us. I believe Trump is a test, to see whether you will choose what is right or what the people tell you is right. Jesus never said being a Christian is about hating your enemies and Jesus accepted people from different races and income levels and appearances and fitness levels and age ranges. The bible says if you exclude good people who are low in status and power you will go to hell and get rejected by God. Even the Jewish bible says there is prosperity and good health for those who protect the weak and poor. Donald Trump stands for everything the bible hates.
The thing is. I'm not a fan of him at all.
But he is an entertainer. He been taught how to give a speech.
He purposely chose a group of population that has been ignored by almost every president for probably over a century.
He began giving speeches that equal their values. And for the first time, the man running this country was "for them" they feel important, and don't want to lose that feeling.
His speeches he tells them how much he loves them. How he fights for them.
If you look at it that way. It makes sense why they like him. Even if you don't agree.

We've had several years of watching Biden let everyone on the face of the earth wonder across the southern border, I just saw in the news that they closed a high school in New York and had all the kids take school on line so they could use the high school to house all of the migrants.
Trump was securing the border and erecting walls and having lots of people deported. Immigration is only doable if it is at small numbers. You can have a little immigration. You can't just throw open the border and let the entire world in. This is utter madness.

Ultimately, people like Trump because he’s not the establishment elite. And the last couple of years of them going after him have proven it. A lot of regular Americans hate those people so much. Trump is the only way to fight back against them.

For one thing, there are an estimated 210 million eligible voters in the USA, of which only about 45-60% regularly vote with the last election setting a record at 155 million votes. According to you, Trump would have got every vote! Instead, he got 74 million to Biden's 81 million.
Secondly, Trump has never won a popular vote in the USA. He lost to Biden, he lost to Hilary.

Out of the 266 million adults, he didn't win the majority over either time he ran... Only 74 million voted for him last election.
