If u think beating a child is the only way to punish them them then u are not ready to have kids its the lazist form of punishment and the vast majority of people that end up in prison come from homes where they was beaten the issue with hitting as a punishment is in many cases it creates a understanding that u can solve your problems by getting physical without having a learning aspect to it
