I'd be a pickpocket. I think that takes the most skill.

I'm a software dev by trade so probably a security hacker makes the most sense and might require the least amount of learning for me as far as new skills. Also I'd feel a little less guilty if I could minimize the distribution of harm to others, like stealing a penny from every bank account.
