She can never enter your country again

Assuming she doesn't just go home and say "F your judgement" you could potentially get up to 10k from her in small claims court in most jurisdictions if you win your case. I wouldn't take any attorney who isn't working solely on a percentage of settlement money, because statistically the chance of you getting anything is so small, why pay an attorney hourly fees if no good will come of it. Contingency basis, sure, plus that means you have a good case.

Does she have any assets? If not, what are you suing for? There's nothing to collect from a homeless person.

Criminally nothing is going to happen to her. No DA is going to touch that.

There are two possibilities: you could accuse her of falsifying her report, which is a crime, or you could file a civil suit for monetary damages. To have her prosecuted you would have to convince a prosecuting attorney to pursue the case. To file suit you will either have to hire a lawyer, or convince a lawyer that you the award would be large enough for them to take the case on a contingency basis (they get paid if you win).

Most individuals are judgment-proof -- even if you win the case and get a judgment, it's impossible to collect because they don't have any assets.

She’ll either have to pay you, or if the damage that she caused was severe, then she could be looking at jail time. She won’t be banned from your country, and if you have proof of her accusation being false, then something will definitely happen.

The damages she caused:
1. I had to quit that job and I changed my City, it harmed my dignity and I am very sad
2. I have to hire a lawyer so i will lose a lot of money
3. She gave me hope even though she fucked with any other guy at that night, she hurt my feelings

She will have to pay you money but that won't necessarily get your reputation restored.

It's better than nothing. I personally think being falsely accused of rape based on the testimony of a liar should warrant prison time but we don't live in a world where we can acknowledge that women have the agency necessary to engage in evil behavior.
