Seems a simple question, But one side will say no consequences because it will make real victims afraid to come forth, Another side will say, even if it was false, he has to be guilty of something because he was accused, As if women never lie.. Which they do, they are just as capable of deception as men are if not more so.
The story goes, A high school foot ball star was Arrested, tried and found guilty and forced to spend 6 years in prison over an accusation from a 16 year old girl. No rape kit performed, No investigation beyond her word. Nothing. 6 years of his life stolen. 6 years of his future stolen. His reputation destroyed. Only after the girl confessed that she made it all up were the charges dropped and he was released.
Personally I believe that she should face the same consequences he faced. Prison time, and being forced to register on a list the same as a sex offender would have to. Her right to own a gun stripped, Her right to vote stripped. Her placed on a list with the authorities that tell them that she is a false accuser and should not be believed.
Sadly there are those in society that believe that this kind of thing is acceptable. that because he is male he is deserving of this kind of treatment. If you're one of those, you're not human. No one deserves what this guy went through.
This bitch received a 1.5 million dollar payment from the school... She only recanted her accusation when she was promised she would not have to pay the money back... Yet women never lie. Women never make false accusations of rape.
