There is only one or the other. You can’t be for both abortion and the border and vote democrat, for example. One wants the border wide open and for illegals to become citizens and vote and the other wants it closed and illegals deported.

Women care more about what they consider to be a right to abortion. They’ll vote Democrat.

Women care more about the border issue and the safety of the American people. They’ll vote Republican

The subject of abortion is generally more important to women, as the significant majority of interest and activist group leaders on both sides of the argument are women.

The border issue is nowhere near as divisive as the significant majority of the country wants the border secured, one way or another, and unlike abortion, the interest in this subject (outside of the southern border states) is fairly recent. Like with most major issues though, there's a lot of money to be made and power to seize by milking the problem as long as possible, and it's only because the problem is being exported into democratic cities and hubs in the north that it has shot to the top of the list.

White, educated middle class women are largely uninformed about the border. They have been indoctrinated to see personal issues as more important than Inflation, Border, etc. But a large portion of women overall do care about abortion, but (speculating) more than half of women are "pro life".
