I think it's falsely accused because of her prior behavior, as far as I know her behavior.

He was sued for rape because that was how they get him to court and try to make it stick. you got to realize, ANY woman could do the same to ANY man over any timeframe. Most men could not get that far.

I suspect they did have encounter, but she engaged, probably was too aggressive and she was "a woman"... confused. If he had called her up, dated her, made her his love... wouldn't be rape, woudl be the way their romance began. She's full of it because she's bitter. It's possible he doesn't remember her, but it's possible he lied as well. They admit something like that, and get torn up. To be fair didn't he admit to other affairs?

It's unfortunate that such things are used as weapons to destroy people... especially men. Men need to be aware of that and be ready to field such issues of potential "shame". that's all it is... a way to lower him.

At most real rape victims typically will wait about 2 weeks to accuse someone of rape if the trauma was deep to deal with.

I wasn't there so I cannot decide one way of the other. It is very unusual though to report a crime 30 years after it happens. Most crimes have a statute of limitations, typically 7 years. Rape does not.
