I don't think I'll ever get used to how most people are just temporary in your life. Whether it's a lost love, a close friend that you knew since elementary school, or others in your life. You'll eventually lose them at some point. And having to get used to that is something that I can never see myself doing.

Yeah it's a sad but true reality. On one hand the ones you mentioned who ghost you after not getting what they want were never truly there for you to begin with, at the same time that still adds to the fact that most people are never in your life for the long haul.

@panda2712 I'm sorry that you went through that. I went through something pretty similar in elementary school. I had known this kid since we were in kindergarten together and thought we were like two peas in a pod. I even had refered to him as my brother from another mother, and in 5th grade he just turned on me and started picking on me along with the bully that I was dealing with then. I told him that I thought we were friends and he said we are, but I'm friends with him{my bully} too. and said he thought he was cooler than me, so he broke off our friendship. Of course now I feel like I dodged a bullet, but then it hurt like hell. So I get you on that one.

Doesn't want to divorce her because they have children and doesn't want to traumatize them. What then? People who are disrespectful and can look at you with a straight face afterwards like it was okay. I am not talking about the internet or bullies, but casual things that makes me wonder who raised them 😂
For example:

- Not treating your parents with respect (if they are good parents).

- Asks others for money, but doesn't pay them back, yet acts like everything is fine.

- Those who are rude to teachers or workers like in fast food, yet expect you to go out of your way for them.

- Going on your phone consistently while talking to someone or hanging out with friends/family (unless it is important).

I never got used to handling poop. Like when I scoop pet poop with the scooper, the smell hits my nose and I gag every time. "Blerrrghhhh!" 🤮🤮🤮

I've had pets all my life and used to cleaning up their poop, like picking up dog poop with inverted plastic bag, cat litter, etc. But each time I gag. I never got over the gag reflex.
