Oh guys I am so sad to hear about Princess Kate’s cancer diagnosis! I’m not particularly a royal family fan, for loads of reasons, but I wouldn’t wish that sort of hardship on anyone. She looks so unwell too :(

  Why is it a secret the kind of cancer she has... If she can speak publicly about having cancer... Surely we're entitled to some basic information?
  
  I mean a cancerous skin growth, removed is probably safely gone.
  
  Alternatively pancreatic cancer is much more serious.
