Yes, definitely.
No joke, when I was no more than 5 years old, I can remember my mother telling my younger brother and me, "If you kids get thrown in jail you can expect to stay there because I won't be bailing you out. Because if you are in jail it means that you deserve to be. When a police officer tells you to do something you say, 'Yes, sir" and you do it!"
To be sure, beyond wondering how I would end up as the first second grader incarcerated on Alcatraz, speaking at just a personal level, I have no sympathy for this notion that someone is a delicate little snowflake who deserves to have his feelings given a higher regard than the rule of law. It is utterly alien to everything I was raised with.
The police have a risky job, their lives are on the line at every stop, and they have no way of knowing who you are or what you are doing. They deserve deference and if they go outside the bounds, you have redress for that in a court of law.
The current popular attitude toward law enforcement is an outgrowth of a sniveling, self-absorbed and self-pitying culture that too easily takes for granted the difficult task of maintaining a stable social order. "The policeman was mean to me!" Good grief.
Do the police get unfairly treated? Absolutely. It is the sign of a self-satisfied and sanctimonious age that too easily takes for granted its safety and those who assure us.
In 1977, after nearly two decades of a culture that had taken to calling the police, "pigs" and that thought the criminal was a victim of society rather than a victimizer, Gallup took a poll. It showed that 72% of all women - and 92% of African-American women - of all classes and incomes and all the rest, did not feel safe walking in their neighborhoods at night.
Americans, as was said of the French kings, "Forget nothing and learn nothing." Suffice to say, we are are repeating history.

All you need is 5 people - 2 Good lawyers, 1 Good Political leaders, 2 Good Executive officer's to sign the application. And as many as public signatures. If 1000 signature how many of them will they put in Jail, Rattle their Cages.
Add a time frame for them to Respond to you, and take action and notify you. Add a Warning if you aren't notified and conditions do not change within 15 days. You will apply for a Public hearing in State or National court.
Usually They will change the Officer Governing the Police station or the region..
But situation doesn't ends here.. Again Your participation is required to Visit that new Officer and get him on your Side, Before other corrupt official or politicians come meet him and corner him into becoming corrupt and evil..
Weak men create Hard Times.. if men in west are dressing like women, being a faggy, Hard Times like this will be seen.
System was Created for you, Become a Mob and Get control of your system..
I have dealt with police quite a bit growing up because my parents lifestyle. Some were very nice people, kind and tried to be understanding. Some were power hungry assholes. I watched a guy throw my mom around a bit and really it was just because she was talking loud and he was yelling at me to get the fuck back when I was only 8, its like settle down buddy, like I could attack him or something lol. I usually do not trust them to deal with my life, but I am a security guard so I do have to deal with them on a pretty regular basis.
Depends on the individual. Also throw in how long they have served, as peer pressure is greatest when they haven't proven themselves yet. All of this will show in the first couple lines of interactions. I grew up around a lot of law enforcement officers. Friends parents, neighbors and others. I can tell who is helpful right off. I trusted some, but sadly not most.
They are human and just want to get through their day like the rest of us do.

No I don't, I live in a small City called Monongahela in the State of Pennsylvania, located in North America. Well, the police use to do some nasty crimes and get away with it, so I know all about the bad police.
You are eight times more likely to be killed by a US cop, than a terrorist, kiddo.
The number is higher if you are Black or Native American.
So it's a statistical fact that 80% of police officers are giving that other 20% a bad name.
Absolutely not. Being a cop changes people, I've seen it among my friends. It's very much unlike firemen which is more of a communal brotherhood whereas police officers work alone or with a partner and the type of person who enters a profession that has a monopoly on violence is suspect in my mind. Many have outrageous egos and a sense of entitlement as well as a bit of depravity. More importantly, everyone should be aware of their rights when interacting with the police. SAY NOTHING! Always ask if their body cams are on and at every instance restate that you do not give consent to "X". You should also film them yourself with your phone, it is entirely legal and there is nothing they can do about it.
No. The fact that they have the power to wreck your life without thinking twice about it makes them dangerous. They give me the willies.
Some are worthless. Some are strutting ass holes with god complexes. But I've also had interactions with some cops who were really good guys.Yes and no, since it depends. My location, the context of the situation, type of cop, and things like that.
For example, if a county is known to have harsh cops, I will be less honest and trusting of them. However, even in said county, I would trust them to try to save my life if I were in danger. Also, it depends on the energy they are giving and what types of questions being asked.Even though they've arrested me twice yep I do. Most are friendly and normal. Unless your crime or suspected crime is really bad they will normally just talk to you and treat you like anyone else.
Of course if your not acting up either.
Now do I trust the law process and how courts can decide your guilty based on very fragile to no evidence of course not.Yes and no. I feel shutty saying no as my boyfriend is a cop... yeah. And he takes his job very seriously. But the cops I've met (him excluded) were awful. They literally saw my dad threatening to kill me over dating my boyfriend (when we were younger and got caught). They don't do anything when you call them. Literally had the berate me before for calling then when my dad was trying to hit me and blamed me for it. So honestly for the most part I don't trust them
This is the local police.
What do you think? Would YOU trust this? It's funny how people like me can get through their entire lives without any trouble from the police yet other people can't get through a day. I wonder why that is.
In my profession I'm communicating with police a good bit. I've met some who are just great people. I've me some that are super arrogant but stupid. I've met some that just flat out are deceptive and corrupt. For the most part I don't trust them. It's common that a couple can ruin the trust in the mass.
we don't have here any problems with the police. They very helpful

I can't speak about the police from other countries, but I do not trust the police from where I live.
They do nothing, they don't take people seriously, they're corrupt, sexist, racist and homophobic. In my country yes they're very professional and polite and they don't abuse their power. The rules of conduct are very strict and they are enforced. I've only had good experiences myself.
You shouldn't blindly trust or elevate a group of people for any reason, ever.
The majority of LEOs I've known are great guys, but people are people, and respect is earned.
At the moment - NO - In the UK ALL of the police forces are tiptoeing around muslims and their communities, and the LGBTQ+ mob, allowing them to get away with actions that would have the indigenous people of the UK arrested in court and jailed at lightning speed.
I know all the officers from my state. Fantastic ladies and gents. Have helped me many times and I always give them the respect they deserve

In general, yes. But I have been seriously disappointed with how they've handled some things recently.
Yes, I do.
A few rotten apples don't spoil the whole bunch.
Furthermore, I can at least say that the cops in my neighborhood are trustworthy.
I have seen both good ones and bad ones. The bad ones will ignore you when you file a report because they assume all Chinese people are confrontational and angry liars.
