+1 y- Anyone who believes in race is ignorant. Race isn't a scientific idea.
- Anyone who believes in race is a racist (whether it be conscious or unconscious)
- All division divides
- I do not believe the term "black excellence" is meant to imply superiority over the other so called "races". However, for anyone who does just know that nothing in this world can be better than something else. Perfection is not objective/real and therefore nothing can be closer to perfection than something else.
- Anyone who truly is against racism I urge you to stop believing in race. Cut the head off the snake. The head of the snake is in your own consciousness. Stop thinking, feeling, and acting from the belief that race is real and eventually the consciousness known as racism cannot invade your mind.
- For anyone who chooses to still believe in race, just know you are playing a game you cannot win. You're working for a master that does not love you. Two wrongs will never make a right. All things will fall unless built of truth.
- Society is trying to edge out racism via the physical when it would be quicker to start with the mental first and not the other way around

+1 yI think if people want their good qualities to influence the bigger world, they have to integrate the bigger world into their audience. An event that only allows members of your own race to participate, will not alter the way people outside your race view you or treat you. Racism is not practiced in a legal way anymore, but socially there is a culture of extra suspicion that people tactlt impose on certain visibly noticeable demographics, and changing the culture requires integrating the culture.

+1 yI don't have a problem with it as long as they aren't hypocritical and take issue with it when white people do the same thing.
I don't see much wrong with recognizing the strengths common to a group as long as the playing field is fair and everyone is allowed to do it to. Either we all can. Or no one can.
No body. Not anyone. Has special privileges that everyone else doesn't also have.
Take Dave Chappelle. When he does jokes about white people, I laugh my ass off. My problem is when anyone who's white decides to make jokes about anyone non white and everyone gets up in arms about it.
So that's all I'm saying. Just be fair about it and I have no issue

1.9K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I don't love racial terms, but I *do* understand them to a point, because in cases like this, they're more referring to their CULTURE rather than their race - and (most) blacks DO have a different culture compared to whites (or Latinos, or Asians).
But a lot of people today take things WAY too far, in ways that are obviously racist - spurred on by the (false) idea that "you can't be racist towards white people." THAT is what I object to.

+1 yI watched a movie with a black male star. I can't remember his name, but I think it was Wesley Snipes. He said: "Always bet on black" (I think that was a roulette reference)
I stopped the movie. When did white people become such cowards? What if it was a white guy, and he said: "Always bet on white"?
Cities would burn to the ground.

I googled it. It was Wesley Snipes, and the movie was "Passenger 57". I haven't seen it myself, and in all fairness, he probably didn't write that line, but I get what you're saying...
I don't know if you've seen this bit by Bill Burr, but he is SO right here about White women having turned against their own race...
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/AdO9X7Lxzvs
I know the double standard is so annoying. This is gonna get into some hot water, but the difference between White supremacy and black nationalism is that one brings prosperity, while the other brings collapse. White people actually have something to be proud of.
The funniest part is, the same black nationalists who want to turn Africa into a self-sufficient all black society, continue to reap the benefits of colonialism and Chinese investment, and also move to a White Western country the first chance they get. Like if you believe black societies have so much potential and blacks are better off when they're running the show, then keep your ass in Africa. - +1 y
@KostasKouvalis
Burr is funny as fuck. All good comedy is based on truth. I go to Costco to buy 9 gallons of ketchup. It's cheap if you buy it in bulk. Then when it expires, you throw it away in bulk.
Google "Lisa Lampanelli" She says she only dates black guys. (the audience applauds like moronic seals)
Then she explains that she wants a white guy, but she's too fat to get one. (the same moronic seals applaud) - +1 y
I agree. Same reason I love Chris Rock's early stuff.
That's a good point
I'm familiar with her. I stopped watching her material because she's turned into a woke feminist. I didn't see THAT bit, but I'm honestly not surprised.
🤣 Okay, THAT sounds more like the old Lisa.
There's this ongoing joke that only FAT White women date brothers.
- +1 y
But you agree with what i said?
- +1 y
@KostasKouvalis
I despise the woke. But Chris told the truth about n***ers.
Chris said when he goes to an ATM, he's not worried about Ted Koppel robbing him.
- +1 y
Me too. I don't recall the Ted Koppel bit, but I think I know the N word bit you're talking about, and I agree with him too.
You can be honest. I think it's stupid that the term "White Supremacy" has a racist connotation, considering what the word SUPREMACY actually means - +1 y

But you would be best off to watch the whole thing. - +1 y
Yeah, this is the one I was talking about. He's 100% right. Apparently this joke didn't go down well in Oakland. It pisses me off when White people especially get all defensive about it.
This is another great one...

Of course, the kinds of people he's talking about in the other bit got triggered by this when I posted it on GAG
I'm so sick of victim mentality and them thinking racists are racist against them for no reason - +1 y

You sound like a nice fella. Join "similarworlds."
It's free, and there are tons of assholes. It's just like this site, but there are no moderator assholes. You know what I'm talking about. - +1 y
I did briefly and found it so confusing and overwhelming. You think it's good that there are assholes?
I didn't think I sounded very nice in this particular post, but thanks. You seem like a smart girl - +1 y
@shoeboxcerealcard I'm not gonna speak for her, but ME personally, I'm only against racism towards White people. I could care less about racism towards others. That's THEIR problem.
You're saying it's OUR fault that black people are racist against Whites. What's the Asians excuse? Asians are only racist because they see their culture and values as superior.
I personally don't think I'm a racist. It's a FACT that societies function better when they're run by White people. I just have issue with anyone who hates White people.
Even if I AM a racist, what's wrong with that? - +1 y
@KostasKouvalis
Funny stuff. I had to delete the pathetic moron that called us racists. That idiot must not have noticed that Chris Rock was black.

I would've left it, but it's YOUR question.
I hate Bill Cosby for all the MeToo stuff, but he isn't wrong here
532 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I have no issues in recognizing black excellence. Because it doesn't take anything away from what we as an American People and "Collective Culture" have accomplished. Excellence is a cultural standard based upon cultural norms and accomplishments. So, in that regard we all are excellent.

+1 yI’ve never heard this before but I tend to find most of the ethnocentric people I have met not very fun or pleasant to be around. This is for any and all races. They tend to view the entire world in racial terms and the world (and people) are far, far, more interesting than that.

+1 yI'm not familiar with this term, but it sounds like some more black nationalist bullshit. Blacks don't have a whole lot to be proud of. Their impact on the world, in a positive way, was very miminal. At least with White supremacy, it's a fact that White people/societies are more superior. I wouldn't be bothered by the term "black excellence", if it was actually true.

I understand you think your thinking is sound but it's all coming from your programmed consciousness. This here should be further evidence that consciousness is the problem. Your consciousness leads you to think this. Nothing can be better than something else. Perfection is not real. If perfection is not real then nothing can be closer to perfection than something else. The only things that is perfect are the laws of nature in their operation. Only our thinking makes something better or worse. If you were operating from the belief perfection isn't real you would never think something is better than something else. We all do it, it's normal, but we have to also realize we are not actually seeing the world as it truly is. We're seeing the world from our own perception.

@shoeboxcerealcard I don't disagree, though I think you made that more complicated than that needed to be

Do you think so called "white people" have an inflated view of themselves when they say white power?
