I’d say that if I had to be pigeon hold into one specific group, it would be more #2. But I know that the world is far more complex and nuanced than that! I also try never to attribute malice to that which could be far more easily explained by sheer incompetence, (or stupidity)! Do I believe that there are some evil globalist type a-holes out there, who’d like nothing more than to rule over the people by using non-stop fear and tribalism as a weapon against the masses? Hell yes! But I also believe that there are way too many greedy, selfish, corrupt politicians on both sides of the same political coin who inadvertently screw-up the plans of these evil a-holes, because they are utterly incompetent!

Okay, let me give you the most non-controversial example I can think of… Covid 19! (okay, so I’m kidding about the non-controversy part, but please bear with me!).
Alright, so do I think Covid-19 came from a Lab in China? Well… maybe! In fact, more than likely, yes it did! But... do I believe it was all part of an evil globalist plan to deliberately release a novel corona virus into the world, killing millions just to see how far the world's governments could actually control their respective citizens before they pushed back, and said “enough"!… Hell NO! I do think it was FAR more likely that some moronic, incompetent government employee was screwing around and not following the worldwide standard safety protocols for Biological Level 3 (BL-3) contagious diseases, and he got bitten by something they were testing viruses on! Now, rather than just do the right thing and step forward, admit what happened, and go into quarantine until they were absolutely sure he/she did not catch anything from whatever bit him, but he panicked, and covered it up! He went home and literally just hoped for the best… Poof, world was in a pandemic! No globalist evil plan, no evil mastermind, just another idiot government employee who tried to cover his screw-ups up!

So once the proverbial cat was out of the bag, now do I think the world governments took advantage of the pandemic, to get their “great reset” plan, and put it into action? Well, maybe, I mean Canadian prime Minister Trudeau, did actually used those very words in a speech to the Nation of Canada. (Source 1 below). But there was just so much incompetence, so many ridiculous, capricious , and arbitrary rules put into place that made no sense medically whatsoever, that after destroying the economies of most of the first world nations, they did what politicians always do… They covered the whole thing up, and they lied! They quite literally immediately began gaslighting us, saying they were never in favor of any of the policies that they initiated! Oh, and those bureaucrats who came up with the arbitrary “guidelines”? Well they either retired with full pensions, went to work for the pharmaceutical industry, or they were transferred to other government agencies, with very nice promotions, and big fat raises to keep them happy and (more importantly) quiet, and to stop them from whistle blowing! Then the politicians colluded with the media, to make sure that anyone who actually dared blow the whistle will immediately be made to look like an unhinged conspiracy theorist lunatic! All the while, these politicians pad their own bank accounts (and stock portfolios)! I mean, come on… There's a reason those responsible for the biggest policy blunders of the 21st-century (thus far) ALL "failed up”!

It’s really easy to see why there are so many more conspiracy theorists out there now than ever! Let’s face it, it’s so much more comforting to believe that all of this happened on purpose, because of a great evil globalist plan, than it is to come to the realization that we are governed by a bunch of completely incompetent morons, who couldn't give two shits about our country, or its' citizens, as long as they get PAID ! Because that truly is a terrifying thought! And it’s one that far too many people just cannot handle emotionally or mentally, not now! So they’d rather believe in wild-eyed, crazy conspiracy theories. Because they can deal with idea that all this is caused by a malevolent evil that can be thwarted. They cannot, however, deal with the thought that nobody is actually flying the plane! So at some point… we are absolutely, 100% going to crash! Not because of an evil globalist agenda, but because incompetent government bureaucrats who devised the plan that inadvertently resulted in the deaths hundreds of thousands of elderly Americans, were transferred from NIAID, The CDC, and The FDA to The FAA, and are now responsible for airline safety, and they just inadvertently allowed a plane with no qualified pilots on board to take off w/ 350 people on board!

Everyone has heard of Occam's razor, which asserts, “When you hear hooves think horses, not zebras!" Meaning that the most simple, obvious, and logical answer is usually the right one. However, not many people have heard of Hanlon's razor, which is the adage I used earlier, "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.” (See Source #2 below).

So when it came to the response to Covid, it’s easy to say “It’s all a globalist agenda”, when perhaps we should be saying “We just need to vote ALL of these idiots out of office, right now, and hold them accountable for what was essentially a massive flu outbreak, have our own “great reset” and reset all of the people who failed to represent us every day in the US capitol building… And while we’re at it, let’s fire every government employee who failed at their job, and STOP promoting them to better paying jobs at different agencies!

I do hope this helps. I am not saying this is how I feel about Covid and it’s response, but I am saying that incompetence is to blame more than 99.9% of the time, not evil “globalists” (certainly not immigrants, as the daughter of immigrants, I wonder what we have t do with anything related to “globalist ideals”
But that’s my two cents, I hope you at least did not hate it.
