Come to think about it, I never remember any girl that young I Knew when I was that age even having a period. This bad food kids are eating is really screwing them up. Sex Ed started in grade 5 as I recall back then.

@DrPepper12 back before public schools existed, the average 12 year old was soo smart, they could read at a 19 grade reading level, smart as a college graduate at least, before schools existed back 200 years ago. No. In my state health is a separate class and mandated at elementary middle and high school levels.. the state curriculum includes human sexuality at a developmentally appropriate level.
