Women is it wrong to call out gang rape statistics to influence policy?

Young German politician exposed German statistics calling out the alarming number of gang rapes by Afghan immigrants, over 1/2 attributed to them. She was convicted of exposing this data..."of inciting hatred towards the immigrants".

I can't imagine how impactful this is to women. Are women fighting back? Why are women being abused and not protected? Is this a continuation of the abuses from WWII?

These are people who want to legislate respect and criminalize disrespect. You're not going to get through to them, most Germans are a different breed who are brainwashed into accepting authoritarianism.

yes they can, but 1200 women assaulted in one single day is not. and one assault on a person is life altering.

Sometimes statistics can be outright untrue. If that were true, like every Afghan migrant man in Germany would be a member of a rape gang, all of whom happened to rape women on the same day, and I just don’t believe that. Sounds like racist propaganda designed to inflame and terrify women who are justifiably afraid of being raped and prejudice them against the entire Afghan population.

I think that's the threat. but seeing various sources, it looks true. Maybe people in Germany know for sure. Multiple sources indicate over 28 rapes that day and thousand assaults. on that day alone. that was 9 years ago...
