1, could this be due to "different" people added from outside? without blaming any ethnicity, those records you can find without me, it seems the added from the outside add crime. the way to refute this is temporarily for ten years stop all immigrants, but planning to resume immigration in 2034. then measure the trend. if the rate is stable or rises despite same mix. 2, wouldn't that be a good expiriment?

It isn't about "immigrants". People throw around the world "immigrants" too much. But this isn't about people going via the correct legal channels to join a country.
It is the refugees from war-torn muslim sh! tholes who travel across Europe to find the places they believe most likely to bankroll their existence, get let in because the governments are basically capitalist and want more cheap labour, and then the roving bands of mohammeds go around raping all the local women because they believe anyone not wearing a burqa is asking for it.

I don't know all that much about the state of things in Sweden, but I did hear that entire sections of Stockholm have been rendered no-go zones because of the refugees taking over.
