There was no trauma on his neck at all. It seems he took the fentanyl and morphine to come down from smoking crystal meth that was cut with caffeine and amphetamine and he was also smoking cigarettes which are another stimulant and he was smoking weed probably to try to calm himself down. He was an end stage drug addict that would ride the crystal methamphetamine/amphetamine/caffeine/tobacco up and then try to come down on fentanyl /morphine/marijuana combination. He was a human garbage can chasing high stimulation followed by low opioid nod. He pushed the up down ride too hard too often and suicided himself.
