Look I'm part of LGBT and I don't care one flying flip if you want to burn the flag or not. It's protected free speech.

No disagreement here. I have a relative who believes that people who bur the pride flag should be executed. They also believe that if someone, intentionally or not, fails to use correct pronouns, it should be execution as well.

Suffice it to say I don't talk to this person any more. When the issue of gay marriage came up in my state I was all for it, and still am. Love is love, gender is irrelevant.

Yeah me either. I have a live and let live policy, as long as no one is harmed, they can do what they want. Hell my best friend (and best man at my wedding) is gay, his husband was what's the correct term, officiant I think. Essentially his husband married us if that makes sense.

Flag burning is something people go to war over as they see it as direct disrespect of who they are or their personal beliefs. Because of that, whether you agree with what any flag represents or not, flag burning should not be done in a civilized society.

We all have a GOD given right to free will. Thus we have the right to be wrong too. But we never have the right to be disrespectful.

actually we do indeed have the right to be disrespectful. This is according to the US constitution. People do not have the right to stop speech just because its disrespectful. And the supreme court has deemed that flag burning of ANY kind is an expression of free speech.
