Sure, maybe on the surface it doesn’t seem like a capital offense. Consider this: it really takes a sociopath to microwave fish in community facilities. Only someone who cares only about themselves and has no consideration for other people would do such a thing! So microwaved fish is kind of like the precogs from “Minority Report”. It can tell us with near certainty who the sociopaths are. Then we can administer justice before their crimes escalate!
I say “death to all who would microwave fish in community facilities!”
